Age Restriction

Card Sanctuary Cronulla is a 21+ venue. You must be at least 21 years old to enter the poker room or card lounge. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot prove age. Minors are not permitted in poker areas, even if accompanied by an adult.

Entry Conditions

Entry to the venue is subject to compliance with these terms and any posted rules. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person for inappropriate behaviour. Dress code may apply; smart casual attire is recommended for the poker room. No outside food or beverages are permitted.

General Conduct

All visitors must behave respectfully and follow staff instructions. Harassment, intimidation, or disruptive behaviour is not tolerated. Smoking is prohibited inside the venue, including the poker room and card lounge. Mobile phones must be silenced in the poker room to maintain a screen-free environment.

Poker Room Etiquette

Poker players are expected to adhere to standard face-to-face poker etiquette. Respect the dealer and other players at the physical poker tables. Do not touch another player's cards or chips. Decisions should be made in a timely manner to keep the game moving. Verbal abuse or cheating will result in immediate removal and possible ban.

Card Lounge Conduct

The card lounge is a relaxed space for face-to-face poker and socialising. Respect the comfort of others; keep noise at a reasonable level. Food and beverages from the restaurant may be consumed in designated areas. Do not move furniture without staff permission.

Reservation Policy

Reservations for poker tables, private poker events, and restaurant dining can be made via the Reservations & Contact page. Reservations are subject to availability. For private poker bookings, a deposit may be required. We reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

Limitation of Liability
